Position Summary: Reporting to the General Counsel or one of the other senior counsel in the legal department, the Legal Administrative Assistant provides administrative and broad support activities of a highly responsible and confidential nature for the Company's legal team. This position serves in a critical support role and can impact the effectiveness of the legal department. Activities are diverse and involve close coordination with members of the legal team. This position may require interface with other companies, as well as executives within the company. This position will provide legal administrative support for the Company's General Counsel and the wider legal team, including direct interaction with all members of the department and a broad number of the wider Company staff. This position anticipates the needs of the Legal team based on knowledge of the executive's mode of operation and individual preferences, coordinates, researches, delegates, compiles, and organizes any work necessary to meet those needs. Incumbents may exercise considerable judgment and discretion in the performance of their duties. This position requires a high degree of professionalism, knowledge of the enterprise, verbal and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Responsibilities:
