*TekSystems is currently hiring for a Medical Scribe in the Manassas, VA area! *
*MUST HAVE: 1 year or more of medical scribe experience! * *Description* The scribe will be going into the rooms with the physicians to document the interactions including: - Medical History - Physical Exams - Treatment Plans - Medical Records They will then take that information and documenting it into the EMR on the patient file. They will be taking notes from what the physician describes as diagnosis, treatment plans, prescriptions, referrals and follow up instructions. They then may also have to order tests, referrals and prescriptions. They will be printing lab reports and charting doctor's appointments. Preparing and assembling medical record documentation and charts. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* 1+ year of experience scribing Medical history and terminology *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
