*Description:*
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Help Desk Analyst to join our Level 1 Service Desk team. In this role, you will handle incoming phone calls, manage open tickets, and respond to emails. On average, you can expect to take between 17-35 calls per day. You will receive comprehensive training on our highly customized Salesforce application, as well as support for O365, SharePoint, and a variety of other applications. *Key Responsibilities:* * End User Support: * Handle incoming requests related to PC hardware, software, and telephone issues. * Provide solutions based on approved protocols. * Load software on PCs as required. * Provisioning: * Install and configure software. * Troubleshoot hardware and software issues. * Update and maintain the hardware tracking database. *Skills and Qualifications:* * Customer Service: * Excellent communication skills, comfortable interacting with all levels of the company. * Organizational Skills: * Strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively. * Attention to detail is crucial. * Teamwork and Initiative: * Ability to work well within a team. * Proactive in seeking process improvements and additional tasks when workload permits. *Technical Skills:* * Help Desk Support * Customer Service * Windows 10 and 11 * Phone Support * Troubleshooting * Hardware Support * Software Support *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
