What You'll Do

As a Process Implementation Facilitator, you will:



  • Analyzes the training requirements of employees, teams, and departments to identify skill gaps, areas for improvement, and training priorities for both process and product-related learning.


  • Develops, plans, and facilitate training programs, sessions, and materials, including presentations, webinars, e-learning modules, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and job aids, ensuring content is relevant and engaging for onboarding and current employees.


  • Collaborates with managers, department heads, and employees to understand training needs, provide guidance, support, and coaching to employees for continuous development that aligns training goals with organizational objectives.


  • Implements and manages e-learning platforms and virtual training sessions, ensuring seamless delivery of online courses and tracking learner progress.


  • Evaluates and optimizes the user experience, incorporating interactive elements, multimedia, and assessments to enhance engagement, knowledge retention, and learning outcomes.


  • Creates, updates and manages SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures for training programs, ensuring that all training processes, materials, and delivery methods are clearly documented, consistent, and aligned with organizational standards.


  • Reviews and updates SOPs to reflect changes in company policies, industry best practices, and evolving learning technologies.


  • Evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback surveys, and performance metrics to ensure the training achieves its objectives.


  • Provides ongoing support to employees post-training to ensure the effective application of new skills, offer coaching, and facilitate continuous development through follow-up sessions or materials.


  • Responsible for behaving in a professional manner both internally and externally in relationships that positively impact the company's reputation and comply with the company's policies and practices. Responsible for being accountable and committed to demonstrating Breg's cultural beliefs and achieving the key results of the company.


  • Responsible for promoting Breg's culture within the organization using established tools such as storytelling, providing focused feedback, and recognition. The performance of the position is aligned with the culture of commitment and accountability, following the steps of: See it, Own it, Solve it, and Do it.


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive excellence in patient care and business solutions.


What You Bring



  • Bachelor's degree is required.
  • 1+ years of experience in training, instructional design, or learning and development is required.
  • Certifications in e-learning and training are preferred.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles, training methodologies, and e-learning platforms is required.
  • 1+ years of presentation and facilitation experience is required.
  • Experience in ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems is required. Oracle experience is preferred.
  • Technical proficiency in Microsoft Office and learning management, including the ability to learn new software and systems is required.
  • Comprehension of basic human anatomy related to orthopedic bracing is required.

Compensation

Salary Range: $54,700.00 - $60,800.00 Actual compensation is determined by factors such as experience, skills, and business needs. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for [bonus/commission/equity].
