Revenue Reporting Accountant I

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Analyze monthly revenue data for accrual and re-accrual processes
• Prepare accruals, journal entries, and month-end close processes
• Work with Purchasers and/or other Operators to resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile general ledger accounts
• Ensure all revenue voucher related back-up is scanned and saved in proper locations
• Meet all revenue reporting deadlines
• Assist other members of the Revenue Reporting team, as needed
• Perform various ad hoc projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (BBA or BS) in Accounting
• Demonstrated experience in MS Excel, including skills creating and configuring VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, and Sum IF formulas
• Familiar with revenue accounting, production, and general accounting principles

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one (1+) years of accounting experience preferred

• Examples of suggested and implemented process improvements to increase efficiency
• Be flexible regarding daily work assignments and priorities
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong attention to detail with ability to quickly pick up on new concepts
