This employee provides training and support for all new Customer Service Representatives within a designated company area.
JOB FUNCTIONS * Provides assistance to the Regional Training Coordinator with follow up and training for any CISi application updates * Familiarity and re-emphasis of all compliance policies and procedures mandated from the Compliance Officer of Lincare, and the reporting of infractions of these policies and procedures to the proper source for resolution * Works with Regional Training Coordinator to support startup centers and acquisitions by assisting in training and follow up * Reports all training schedules and evaluations to the Regional Training Coordinator * CISi application transition phase training in each center within specified areas * Trains and supports new Customer Service Representatives within specified areas * including CISi computer application and all job functions once a center has been transitioned from the CIS computer application * New staff training processes and support for the CISi application at each center after the transition phase, which includes Center Managers, Service Representatives, Health Care Specialists, and Sales and Marketing |
