The Department of Pediatrics in the University of Virginia's (UVA) School of Medicine is seeking candidates for a Director of Clinical Operations and Financial Analysis. The director will lead financial analysis and operational initiatives at the department level to optimize revenue cycle performance, enhance automation, and provide education and training to faculty and staff. This role requires expertise in financial analysis, revenue cycle management, and Epic systems, with a focus on bridging the connection between coding and revenue cycle processes to support operational efficiency and financial sustainability. Key Responsibilities: Financial Analysis and Revenue Cycle Management (60%)

Minimum Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in relevant subject This is a restricted position and is dependent upon project need, availability of funding and performance.
