Overview
The candidate will help on various projects focused on delivery and design of siRNA therapeutics. As part of the RNAi Biology and Delivery Sciences team, the intern will work work closely in the lab with scientists from Biology, Chemistry, and in vivo groups. The intern will learn tissue processing, mammalian cell culture, and a variety of biochemical assays including ELISA, Western blotting, and qPCR. This is a 10-12 week full-time assignment based on site in Cambridge, MA. The anticipated work term is May 20 - Aug 29, 2025. Must have housing in the Boston area for the summer. Learning Outcomes 1. Understand concepts and principles related to design and delivery of RNAi therapeutics 2. Gain expertise in a variety of biochemical assays/techniques (mammalian cell culture, qPCR, ELISA, Western blot, etc.) 3.
