Training Coordinator Co-Op - Fall 2025

The Role:
Our site in Billerica, MA is seeking a/an Training Coordinator Co-Op to join our team for the Fall 2025 season. This assignment is intended to be 6 months in duration.

The Training Coordinator Co-Op will assist the Training Manager and Training Specialists with various administrative tasks on a daily basis. Additionally, special projects may be assigned as required. These projects could involve marketing initiatives for training events, enhancements to the Learning Management System (LMS), and data analysis concerning the effectiveness of training programs.

What You'll Do:

* Maintain the Training Calendar
* Schedule and monitor training sessions
* Generate notifications of upcoming training
* Ensure the training venue is booked and prepped for the training session
* Send pre-course information to participants
* Collaborate with team members to ensure training material is up to date
* Assist with the development of training support materials
* Record training attendance and maintain employee training records
* Produce training reports in Excel and Learning Management Systems
* Maintain department key performance indicators (KPIs)
* Convey notifications of upcoming training requirements
* Provide general administrative assistance to training manager and trainers
* Generate feedback forms and collate responses to present to the training manager and/or trainer

What We Seek:
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Exceptionally organized and detail oriented
* Able to multitask
* Skilled in Microsoft Office tools
* Familiarity with WebEx, Teams and other virtual meeting platforms
* Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
* Have problem solving abilities
* Flexible and adaptable (Role may require flexible scheduling)

Desired Major(s) & Graduation Year:
* Business, Marketing, Human Resources, Communications
* Graduation year of 2026 or 2027

Eligibility:
* Must be a currently enrolled student
* Available to work 40 hours a week, M-F (8a-5p) beginning in July through December
* Must be familiar with the university's requirements to participate in a co-op program

* Compensation: $20-$30/hour range with actual pay dependent on candidate overall skills for the role
