Description

  • Plan daily production activities.
  • Monitor and audit the plant for safety and housekeeping activities.
  • The training of the hourly personnel in the Production Department.
  • Ensure production deviations are recorded and resolved in a timely manner.
  • Makes a monthly report of the production activities and performance to the Plant Manager, if required.
  • Writes Plant Improvement Requests (PIR's) and MOC's as needed.
  • Promotes good housekeeping standards and initiates corrective action of hazardous and unsafe conditions in the plant.
  • Coordination and control of re-work material.
  • Special assignments and projects assigned by the Plant Manager.
  • To assist in developing and follow-up of statistical process control for plant functions.

Qualifications
Education
High School (required)
Experience
2 - 3 years: Previous experience as Production Operator (required)
