Description Plan daily production activities. Monitor and audit the plant for safety and housekeeping activities. The training of the hourly personnel in the Production Department. Ensure production deviations are recorded and resolved in a timely manner. Makes a monthly report of the production activities and performance to the Plant Manager, if required. Writes Plant Improvement Requests (PIR's) and MOC's as needed. Promotes good housekeeping standards and initiates corrective action of hazardous and unsafe conditions in the plant. Coordination and control of re-work material. Special assignments and projects assigned by the Plant Manager. To assist in developing and follow-up of statistical process control for plant functions.
