Job Summary: The Treasury Manager will support Treasury/Finance policies, procedures, and implementation of effective controls for all treasury functions to include, but not limited to, daily liquidity and cash management, overall capital structure, T&E corporate card administration, risk management, and treasury accounting for the organization. Job Duties:
- Maintains the bank account/cash management infrastructure
- Manages daily cash management including prior day and current day reporting
- Processes and approves wires
- Manages short-term investment portfolio
- Performs cash Flow forecasting
- Manages foreign exchange (FX) rate exposure and execution of derivative contracts as needed
- Manages interest rate SWAP monitoring
- Supervises Letter of Credit production
- Manages process of corporate insurance liability coverages
- Supervises corporate equipment leasing
- Administers Corporate T&E card program
- Maintains relationships with banks, leasing companies, insurance brokers and card company
- Other duties as required
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Monitors and provides performance feedback of direct reports throughout the performance year
- Ensures team members are effectively trained on systems and processes related to the Finance Department
- Provides guidance to the team with prioritization of workload, communications, etc. and delegates work assignments to the team as appropriate
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required; with a focus in Accounting or Finance, preferred
Experience:
- Five (5) or more years of experience in treasury operations, required
- Prior experience with corporate property & casualty coverages, preferred
License/Certifications:
Software:
- Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite, required
- Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel, preferred

- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Capable of working and communicating effectively with professionals at all levels
- Capacity to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple projects / tasks with an attention to detail

- Capable of developing and maintaining relationships with banking contacts
- Solid decision making skills
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography.
