What part will you play?

Responsible for organizing and managing the vendor led in person and virtual training for sales, designers, engineers and innovation teams across Diversified regions globally. Supporting Preferred Partner Program and procurement initiatives for vendors to train our sales and engineering teams on current technology. Additionally, this role will include the development and coordination of certifications, managing external training sessions, and building learning journeys to enhance the skill development and knowledge transfer within the organization.

What will you be doing?




  • Training Program Development: Develop training protocols tailored to the specific needs of teams and vendors; collect data pertinent to the training; create training templates, channels, forms, surveys, reporting.
  • Training Logistics: Coordinate the logistics of training sessions, including scheduling, inviting, venue booking, equipment or documentation setup, and catering (if applicable). Ensure that all necessary resources are available to facilitate smooth training delivery.
  • Communication & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact and liaison between internal teams and vendors regarding training-related activities or inquiries. Communicate training schedules, requirements, and expectations clearly and promptly to all stakeholders.
  • Relationship Building: Cultivate positive relationships with internal teams and vendors to promote collaboration, trust, and mutual success. Act as a resource and advocate for vendors within the organization.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of vendor training activities, including attendance, evaluations, reports, certifications, qualifications or rewards earned. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
  • Vendor Performance Monitoring: Work closely with relevant departments to monitor the performance of vendors following training. Identify any areas where additional support or training may be required to improve vendor performance.
  • Training Needs Assessment: Work with relevant stakeholders and vendors to identify or survey the training needs of the teams and/or the vendor's latest technology or solutions. This involves knowledge of what is required for both the teams and the vendors to effectively meet the preferred partner requirements and support the organizational needs.
  • Feedback and Evaluation: Collect, analyze, and report on training participation, performance, and outcomes to measure the impact of training initiatives on employee performance, knowledge retention, and business results. Develop and deliver regular reports on training outcomes, highlighting successes, identifying skills gaps, and recommending improvements or adjustments to training programs.
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly review and update training programs and tools to ensure they remain relevant and effective. Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and new technologies that may impact vendor training.


What do we require from you?

Work experience:



  • 1+ years of experience in a training or education role, preferably in the audio-visual industry.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in coordinator, supporting or customer service role.
  • 3+ years of previous experience in training management roles, where you were responsible for coordinating, moderating, directing, training programs preferred.



Preferred Knowledge & Skills:




  • Training and Development Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in training management and methodologies, adult learning principles, knowledge of virtual platforms, venue acquisition and negotiations, and assessment strategies.
  • Technology Skills: Proficiency with training technology, software tools and virtual platforms, such as learning management systems (LMS), and multimedia presentation software.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills are crucial for effectively managing and engaging with teams and vendors. Ability to relay purpose and structure in a clear and concise manner and adapt communication style to different audiences.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with trainees, colleagues, and stakeholders is critical. Be approachable, empathetic, and able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational skills are necessary for managing training programs, schedules, resources, and documentation across multiple time zones. Proficient in prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: The capacity to identify training needs, analyze challenges, and develop effective solutions is essential. Ability to anticipate potential obstacles and adapt training programs accordingly.
  • Adaptability: The training landscape is constantly evolving, so the ability to adapt to change and embrace new technologies and methodologies is crucial. Open to learning and willing to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
  • Certifications: While not required, obtaining certifications related to training and development can enhance qualifications and credibility. Examples include Certified Professional in Learning and Performance (CPLP), Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP), or certifications specific to certain industries or software applications.

Our compensation ranges reflect the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The pay details below range from our lowest geographic market up to our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience depending on the position offered, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
