Position Purpose |
Working across the Tuck Advancement division and in accordance with Tuck's mission, strategy, and institutional priorities, manages a variety of projects and tasks to ensure the smooth operations of the department and a positive experience for alumni and donors. |

Bachelors plus 3-5 years' experience or equivalent combination of education and experience |
Required Qualifications - Skills, Knowledge and Abilities |
- Three years of relevant administrative experience.
- Experience with fundraising activities for nonprofit organizations or comparable experience.
- High accuracy, organizational skills, and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with alumni/donor management systems or other CRM databases, or the ability to quickly master new technologies with training.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to support, contribute to, and strengthen a vibrant learning community of students, alumni, faculty, and fellow professionals.
- Able to anticipate, deliver on, and exceed the expectations of donors and colleagues and to collaborate effectively.

Campaign and Advancement Operations: Manages administrative tasks that enable the Advancement division to function successfully, inclusive of tracking work processes; providing project support; financial reports and payments; scheduling meetings; preparing data and presentations; and supporting production of donor communications, event materials, and swag items. |

Communications support: Supports engagement events and initiatives by creating email communications and event registrations for Tuck alumni volunteer organizations and for Advancement. Works in constituent engagement management system. Interfaces with alumni to answer questions. Support class notes for the Tuck alumni magazine. Manages departmental mail and email inboxes, working across teams to secure answers to alumni inquiries. Manages execution of print mail solicitations and other print projects. |

Data and Gift Management: Enters and monitors alumni and donor contact activities in advancement systems and shares/collaborates with relevant partners; manages data and pulls reports; tracks alumni and donor interactions with the institution via coding updates; liaises with campus partners to solicit participation information.
