POSITION DETAILS

Position Summary

As a Production Expeditor, you will be responsible for assisting the Program Management Team with reporting on the scheduling, coordination, and approval of products through the complete production cycle and shipping. You will assist with ensuring that production requirements are met on time while maintaining the highest level of product quality and production efficiency.

Principal Activities:

• Works with Manager to Implement and monitor production plans, including initiation, analysis, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Coordinates with planning and shop supervision to release jobs to designated work centers to ensure customer requirements and Circor business objectives are met.
• Communicates with Engineering and Quality regarding schedule, status, and technical issues.
• Resolves any issues that disrupt the production schedule.
• Tracks and analyzes key production metrics (production capacity, WC efficiency, production cost...) and identify areas and methods for improvement.
• Works with Manager to provide leadership and guidance to the production control team.
• Works with Manager to prepare and present reports to senior leadership on production status and challenges.
• Liaise with stakeholders on an ongoing basis.
• Analyze project data to identify and minimize exposure to risks in production
