Position will support contract compliance and program outcomes and objectives while ensuring overall safety of facilities operations, program policies and procedures, volunteers, assigned staff, and clients. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required: Licenses and Certifications Required: Driver's license. trauma informed care, assertive engagement, first aid and CPR; non-violent crisis intervention; peer support; heat illness prevention; safe driving; rent well; community warehouse escort; civil right training; bloodborne pathogens training; de-escalation training. Bachelors of Social Work (required)
Experience
Minimum BA Degree preferred in Social Work or related field and/or 2 years of experience in three (3) or more of the following fields: human services, office management, staff supervision, operational finance management, crisis management, case management. (required)
Documented training related to serving people experiencing homelessness. Documented management and operations experience. Documented experience with public contact and/or in customer service. (required) Licenses & Certifications
