POSITION OBJECTIVE This position serves as a strategic partner to our business leaders to implement and execute people initiatives that drives business results at our Garland Production Center, Garland Services HUB, REMAN and Surface Mining Automation groups. This position will be responsible for delivering the following initiatives to include but not limited to providing coaching and guidance to business leaders, employee relations, workforce planning, organizational development, organizational effectiveness, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives. RESPONSIBILITIES

Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing employee relations practices EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field Minimum of 5+ years of relevant HR experience Required physical effort:
Responsible for meeting the objectives of our ISO programs. When there are any questions, regarding these programs they shall be directed to your supervisor/manager or the facility ISO representative. Supervisors and managers are responsible for communicating policy and objectives of ISO programs to their employees.
