Job Description: Audio QA Analyst Role Overview: Join a dynamic and centralized team that collaborates with product, engineering, and creative teams to develop high-quality sonic experiences across a wide range of software and hardware products, including mobile apps, smart glasses, and VR headsets. Our team of over 60 audio experts designs experiences that connect people through the power of sound.
Position: Audio QA Analyst Responsibilities: * Support projects for the development of the Creative Audio QA program. * Help establish and maintain Audio QA pipelines for various projects. * Develop and maintain audio quality test plans, regression testing schedules, and execute test plans. * Integrate Audio QA test run results with product QA metrics. * Investigate, triage, escalate, and follow-up on audio bugs. * Contribute creatively and technically to defining audio design experiences. * Execute in a fast-paced and highly fluid environment. Minimum Qualifications: * 4+ years of experience in product QA with software and hardware, or game development QA, with an emphasis on audio. * Strong critical listening skills and experience verifying audio quality on software and hardware. * Proven ear for maintaining high quality. * Experience creating and maintaining functional test plans for new software and hardware products. * Ability to stay organized while working on multiple projects with changing priorities. * Understanding of audio signal flow, DSP, and digital audio concepts and formats. * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: * Scripting or programming experience (Python, C++, JavaScript). * Experience working with Unity and FMOD. * Experience with game audio implementation. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $55.00/hr.
