TEKsystems is seeking multiple help desk technicians to support one of our Fortune 500 clients here in Appleton, WI. The support roles will be partially on site, partially remote. Ideal candidates will have at least an associate's degree in information technology or computer science. We are requiring at least six months of help desk support experience. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: * Diagnoses problems and fully supports (installs, troubleshoots, configures and repairs) a variety of internal and third-party applications and hardware for client workstations * Assists with the new system set up throughout the various site locations * Addresses and resolves hardware, software, and customer issues * Performs preventive maintenance; tests and repairs equipment * Responsible for imaging and software installs on end-user devices * Identifies network issues as it relates to the end-user device * Provides positive customer experience with each customer interaction *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $23.00/hr.
