*Description*
Client is embarking on several high-visibility projects critical to the client's operations. We are seeking dedicated resources to work directly on these initiatives, which include: Printer Refresh: Ongoing updates and replacements of printers. Digital Experience (DEX) Software Rollout: Deployment of DEX software across all devices. Windows 11 Upgrade: Upgrading all devices to Windows 11. Our team will be responsible for: Inventory Management: Cataloging all devices across various sites. Compatibility Testing: Ensuring devices are up-to-date and compatible with the new projects. Non-compliant devices will be replaced to ensure smooth updates. DEX Software Deployment: Physically verifying and updating every device in the hospital with the licensed DEX software. Desktop Support: Providing traditional desktop support, including troubleshooting peripheral equipment and software for all end users. This role requires travel to locations (over 50 sites throughout the Delaware Valley, including Philadelphia, South Jersey, and Pennsylvania suburbs). Candidates must have a vehicle and will be able to expense mileage for site-to-site travel. Flexibility in work hours is essential, with the possibility of weekend and off-hours shifts, given advance notice. All 5 techs will be traveling to remote locations at some point. There are going to be other days/weeks where they report into Philly if that's where the need is. The requirements will differ based on their current stage in the project. They will be made aware in advance of what their travel will look like. Being able to collaborate effectively within a large team is also crucial. - The client emphasized the significance of these projects, necessitating top-tier candidates. Due to the high visibility of these projects, they will be more selective in their candidate choices. *Experience Level* Intermediate Level *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
