Location (Hybrid): Vienna, VA - USA Responsabilities: * Lead the quality assurance efforts for software development projects, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices. * Oversee the design, development, and execution of test plans and test cases using Java and Selenium. * Provide guidance and mentorship to junior quality engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues early in the development process. * Develop and maintain automated test scripts to improve efficiency and coverage of testing efforts. * Conduct thorough reviews of test results, identifying defects and ensuring they are properly documented and addressed. - Coordinate with development teams to ensure timely resolution of defects and issues. * Monitor and report on key quality metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. * Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in the Cards & Payments domain. * Contribute to the development and maintenance of quality assurance documentation and processes * Participate in the evaluation and implementation of new testing tools and technologies. * Communicate effectively with stakeholders, providing regular updates on quality assurance activities and outcomes. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of our software products. Qualifications: * 8+ years of experience * Selenium Java Automation skillset * UFT Automation skillset * VB * DevOps * Ado *Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in US without requiring employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. The annual salary for this position is between $ 71,100 to 112,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
