Onsite Location : Palo Alto, CA

Qualifications

1. Have 8-10 years of overall experience, including minimum 5 years leading SDLC compliant on-shore and off-shore QA test teams

2. Lead QA initiatives including managing QA teams of 2-3 people and contributing to the testing effort in a hands-on role & Good Functional testing

3. Hands on experience with Automation - Selenium\Java, testing UI and backend components.

4. Establish and evolve formal QA processes, ensuring that the team is using industry-accepted best practices.

5. Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices, and developing new tools and processes to ensure quality goals are met

6. Lead and mentor QA team members, as well as manage outside contract testers

7. Develop and execute test cases, scripts, plans and procedures (manual and automated)

Roles & Responsibilities

Understand existing BFS business logic, develop functional test script, automate the functional scripts using Selenium and perform test

strategy, test planning, test design, functional, regression testing to ensure that new features and updates do not negatively impact

existing functionality.

Understand end to end test requirements of Commercial & Investment Banking solutions, develop, implement QA process and cover end-to-end functionalities for detailed test design.

Developing comprehensive test plans and strategies, testing scope, objectives, and timelines.

Should have excellent communication and collaboration skills to

work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Provide detailed test reports and quality metrics to stakeholders

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 3/19/25

The annual salary for this position is between $ 53,477/- to $ 92,500/- depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans
