Estimator/Detailer

Pay: $20.00/hr

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

As an Estimator/Detailer, you'll handle emails related to estimates and bids, working closely with contractors throughout the process. You will track open estimates and bids to gather data for future projects, and once a project is awarded, you'll ensure the system is updated with the correct details. You'll also ensure that materials scheduled for the project align with plans, verify pricing, and generate submittals reflecting scheduled materials.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED with 2+ years of project management or related experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Comsense experience a plus)
• Ability to interpret documents, apply basic math, and use algebra and geometry
• Ability to follow instructions, problem-solve, and work in a structured environment
• Background in warehouse or construction is helpful but not required
• Must have a valid driver's license and be insurable on company insurance
• Ability to sit for extended periods and operate a computer/phone
• Occasional lifting of up to 25 pounds
