We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HW/SW Asset Management Analyst IV to join our Technology Asset Management (TAM) team. This role is responsible for managing the lifecycle of software and hardware assets, ensuring compliance with licensing agreements, tracking warranties, and optimizing asset utilization. The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting phases of IT asset management, vendor coordination, identifies and implements process improvement to maximize cost efficiency and ensure organizational compliance. The Analyst IV develops reports exhibiting entitlements, installations, usage, renewal, procurement status and data gaps while researching and developing standardized processes. The position works closely with subject matter experts to obtain critical information required for processing renewals and other related efforts. This role drives decisions regarding hardware maintenance models and terms that have a direct impact on IT infrastructure. Finally, the analyst provides a documentation framework to support for the creation and ongoing maintenance of TAM standards, procedures, and informational documentation. Key Responsibilities:

This position is based in our Reston, VA office and offers a flexible, hybrid work schedule The pay range is $108,900 - $147,300. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is noted above, however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience. Verisign offers a discretionary bonus which is based on individual and company performance, and certain roles may be eligible for discretionary stock awards.
