Job Location Virginia remote Shift First Day shift (8 AM to 5 PM EST Mon - Fri) Type Fulltime Hours 40 hours a week Job Description Responsible for all areas of customer service as it pertains to the acquisition and/ or retention of members for Sentara Health Plan, Inc. This includes functions associated with the administration of all group information: processing of claims, interaction with member, providers and employers. Minimum Qualifications Required Required to have a High School Graduation Diploma or Equivalent Required to have a minimum of 1 year work experience as a customer service representative Required to have a minimum of 1 year of administrative work experience.
