Position Highlights:

  • Position: Primary Care - Medical Group
  • Location: 1941 Rohlwing Road, Rolling Meadows IL
  • Full Time/Part Time: Part Time
  • Hours: Monday-Friday, 40 hour week
  • Rotating Saturdays
  • On-Call Requirement
  • No Weekends
  • Required Travel: As needed to other Primary Care offices
  • Primary Care- Salary Pay Range: $111,000 - $143,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on previous experience

What you will need:

  • License:Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in the State of IL required;FederalDEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required
  • For APNs, must be able to see the full lifespan of patients
  • Education:Completion of Master's level program in specialty area
  • Certification:Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant-C
  • BLS/CPR certification required
  • Experience:5 years or more experience as an APN or PA in Primary Care setting. Experience with pediatric patients required.

  • Provide comprehensive health assessments, differential diagnosis, and prescribe treatments under the protocol in the direct management of acute and chronic illness and disease
  • Promote wellness and prevent illness and injury in various settings for individuals, families, and communities
  • Work autonomously and in interdisciplinary teams as resources and consultants
  • Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience
