The Data Quality Analyst is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and enhancing the quality of data within the organization. This role involves collaborating with various departments to identify data quality issues, implement solutions, and ensure adherence to data governance standards.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Data Profiling and Assessment: Analyze data sources to understand their structure, content, and quality, identifying anomalies and patterns that may affect data integrity
  • Data Cleansing and Enrichment: Develop and implement processes to correct inaccuracies, remove redundancies, and fill in missing information to maintain high-quality datasets.
  • Data Quality Monitoring: Establish and monitor data quality metrics, creating dashboards and reports to track data quality trends and issues.
  • Root Cause Analysis: Investigate data quality problems to determine their origin and work with relevant teams to implement corrective measures
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data collection, entry, and validation processes, thereby reducing the occurrence of data quality issues.
  • Data Governance: Contribute to the development and enforcement of data quality standards and policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Source to Target testing , functional and integration testing

  • This position needs to have leadership and people skills to lead offshore staff working closely with onsite coordinator and lead testing activities for the scrum team



  • Lead and mentor QA team members including offshore team within your product team.



  • Establish and evolve QA Best Practices, ensuring that the team is using proven best practices.



  • Promote usage of tools, automation and develop new processes to ensure quality goals met are in alignment with stakeholder needs.




Minimum Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7 years of work experience beyond degree


Preferred Tools



  • Quality automation tools . Query surge etc.
  • Snowflake and SQL experience preferred
  • Data Mart experience preferred
  • Healthcare Claims experience preferred


This position is a Hub role, which requires an employee to occasionally come onsite to the designated office - Minnetonka, MN - for applicable heads-up work. Frequency is determined by business need as decided by leadership.

The full salary range for this position is $87,100 - $149,300. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
