JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Reviews processes and documents contract amendments and changes
* Monitors and reviews invoices and purchase orders against contractual terms to ensure compliance
* Maintains accurate and organized electronic and physical contract files
* Processing invoices and purchase orders against contract terms to ensure compliance
* Reviews contract documents and advises appropriate departments, internal organizations and customers of contractual rights and obligations
* Compiles and analyses data while maintaining historical information
* Generates reports on contract performance, key metrics and potential risk for decision makers
* Facilitates proper shipment, billing and payment collection
* Interfaces with customer representatives as required
* Analyzes terms and conditions and other contractual documents to evaluate risk, accuracy and completeness to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment
* Responds to vendor inquiries related to contract details and addresses any concerns

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
* Bachelor"s degree is required
* 5-8 years equivalent experience in contract support
* Outstanding skills with MS office i.e. Power Point, Excel, Word, etc.
* Previous contracts experience
* Continuous improvement mindset
* ERP experience
* Attention to detail
* Exceptional people skills
* Accuracy in data entry
* Must be a Self-starter
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
* Exceptional strong attention to detail
* Ability to handle complex contracts with minimal supervision
