As the Baseball HQA Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in new installations of Baseball tracking and SMART Replay systems and maintaining the optimal health of existing systems. Daily responsibilities include communicating with Major League Baseball and franchise affiliate representatives, responding to our internal Baseball HQA staff priorities, and assisting service delivery that exceeds client expectations.

Essential Skills & Experience:
Previous experience working within sports technology or other professional sports organizations.
Familiarity with video and data tracking systems, camera setups, and broadcast technologies.
Experience with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., ClickUp, Jira, Trello).
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, working closely with engineering, operations, and client teams to align on technical and operational goals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build trust with clients.
Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement, innovation, and delivering high-quality solutions under pressure.
Willingness and ability to travel frequently, including internationally, and to work non-standard hours during installations and live events.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing frameworks, and quality control processes.
Basic understanding of data analysis tools and techniques for system performance evaluation.
Technical knowledge and understanding in hardware systems, networking, and system integration, with an understanding of troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques.
Experience in hardware quality assurance and systems implementation, ideally within a sports technology or similar fast-paced, client-facing environment.
