Who is Senior Flexonics Pathway?

What does the job involve?

The primary responsibilities of this position are assisting the Director - Quality Assurance, maintaining quality programs, qualifications of welding procedures, welders and heat treatment procedures for the company's quality assurance program.

What will my responsibilities include?

Interface with QC Inspectors and customer's inspection personnel as needed.

Assist and coordinate final inspection activities for all sales orders with logistics to insure completed assemblies are shipped on time to the customer.

Interface with Production to determine and schedule most efficient allocation of quality resources.

Assist, generate, develop and/or revise welding and heat treatment procedures.

Respond to customer welding procedure review comments.

Assist and maintain welding personnel qualifications, qualify new welders and upgrade existing welder qualifications.

Assist with all ASME VIII activities.

Assist with preparation and compilation of customer required documents, material data reports, etc.

Assist and coordinate performance of metallurgical testing in accordance with material or customer specification requirements.

Assist and coordinate calibrations of equipment, tools, etc.

Performs other duties and assignments as directed by management.

Serve as the Director - Quality Assurance designee in their absence.

What key skills and experience do I need?

Ability to perform basic math, read and interpret blueprints with adequate clarity and detail for production use.

Excellent computer and math skills required plus proficiency with Microsoft Office software - Excel necessary. Experience with ERP platforms - M2M a plus.

What qualifications should I have?

Minimum five (5) years experience in quality assurance and/or quality inspection in a related industry and manufacturing environment.

Good organizational and communication skills. Highly motivated team player with ability to work with others in a fast paced environment. Dependable, hard-working, self-starter with multi-tasking capabilities.
