Position Highlights |
This position will help fulfill the mission in supporting parents with children 0-5 in preparing them for Kindergarten at the Family Resource Center. Duties to include prepare and facilitate classes, keep attendance records, enter required data, communicating weekly via text message to parents and providing feedback on lesson plans. Completing required evaluation for all classes. Provide both positive and negative feedback as well as tools to parents regarding their interaction with their children according to KIPS and FRC principles.

Duties & Responsibilities |
- Class facilitation:
This position will help recruit new families and facilitate all adult/child interaction classes, including preparing class materials, setting up classroom, and engage with families to encourage participation. Maintain positive and safe environment, assist in clean-up after each class. Provide feedback to site coordinator about class lessons and curriculum changes. Administer class evaluation as instructed. Communicate with families between classes to keep families engaged. Assist in maintain program supply inventory for classes.
Document attendance, and other required data, assist in providing new families orientation. Submit required documentation including travel or purchases forms Contribute to social media pages as needed. - Attend trainings and staff meetings as required.

Minimum Qualifications |
- High school diploma or high school diploma equivalency is required.
- 3 years of relevant experience required.

In compliance with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act (Clery Act), each year the University of Arizona releases an Annual Security Report (ASR) for each of the University's campuses.Thesereports disclose information including Clery crime statistics for the previous three calendar years and policies, procedures, and programs the University uses to keep students and employees safe, including how to report crimes or other emergencies and resources for crime victims.
