Description

This is a part-time onsite position based in Gaithersburg, MD, running 3-6 months. The role requires 15-20 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday mornings. Candidates requiring relocation will not be considered for the position.

At Miltenyi Biotec we are looking for an Intern to support our training initiatives and enhance our learning programs. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in training administration while making a meaningful impact.

Your Tasks:



  • Provide administrative support for training sessions, including scheduling, documentation, and preparation.
  • Manage trainee feedback to drive continuous improvement of training programs.
  • Assist with recording and sharing customer profiles with field teams and product managers post-training.
  • Handle routine tasks such as training session setup, enabling trainers to focus on high-value responsibilities.


What We're Looking For:



  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work with diverse teams.
  • Comfortable working with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or similar tools.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and development.
