The Program Coordinator is responsible for coordinating program management activities by performing tasks related to data tracking, analysis, and implementation of results that meet the goals/objectives of the department. Job Description The Department of Global Pediatric Medicine (GPM) is seeking a talented and experienced team member to fill the role of Representative Offices Program Coordinator, Headquarters Operations for the Regional Hubs initiative. The coordinator will support the implementation of the operational effort to launch regional offices outside the United States where work will take place to improve health systems and patient care and facilitate delivery of educational initiatives and research activities in partnership with the St. Jude Global Alliance community. The ideal candidate will have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to collaborate across multiple teams, and an interest in contributing to new processes. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
