Staff Accountant II - Multifamily Property Tax Job Summary The Staff Accountant II - Property Tax, plays a crucial part in managing and overseeing property tax-related activities for our diverse portfolio of multifamily housing properties. The position requires a detail-oriented and organized individual who can handle high-volume tasks and collaborate effectively with various teams. The individual in this role will be responsible for assisting with property tax assessments, reviews, appeals, and budget preparations. This position involves working closely with property accountants and other departments to ensure accurate and timely property tax filings and payments. Additionally, the role will participate in efficiency initiatives to streamline property tax processes and improve overall productivity. Location: With a hybrid work setup, applicants should reside within commuting distance of our corporate office in the Sorrento Valley area of San Diego, CA. The pay range displayed for this position is determined by skills and experience required, location and job complexity*. Potential job offers may vary based on the skills, education, and experience an individual candidate holds. This range reflects base rate only, and does not include allowances, perks, commissions or bonuses applicable to this position (if any). In addition to base salary, Fairfield offers all full time associates the following, upon meeting eligibility requirements:
