Employment Type: Full Time REMOTE Position- Eastern Standard Hours Benefits: M/D/V, Life Ins., 401(k) Teaneck, New Jersey SCOPE: The Revenue Cycle Analyst is responsible for supporting the business solutions within the Revenue Cycle solutions portfolio, including charge services/revenue integrity, health information management and patient accounting. Supports implementation and provides ongoing support of revenue cycle applications. Is responsible for the development, assessment, and quantification of trends. This will require direct working relationships with management and key staff members, in addition to key members of Revenue Cycle leadership, Finance and The Network. Responsibilities RESPONSIBILITIES: * Consolidate and analyze operational and financial data to do comparative analyses (forecasting and variance analysis), considering company's goals and revenue cycle financial standing * Assemble and summarize data to structure sophisticated reports and presentations on financial status, opportunities, and risks * Accurately gather, synthesize and communicate timely relevant information, that impact revenue cycle metrics, to improve financial and quality performance * Develop insightful findings, provide recommendations, and help facilitate discussions * Gain and update job knowledge to remain informed about nuances with our business partners and healthcare changes * Special ad hoc analyses including running scenario analysis * Develop and manipulate large data sets as well as analyze data groups to assist in the development and implementation of process improvement strategies * Prepare timely and accurate accounts receivable dashboard reporting on a monthly basis * Maintain department standard of productivity metrics related to claims processed, claims rejected, claims denied, collection volume and rates relative to fee schedules, patient payments, account write-offs due to contractual issues and collections problems * Aid in creating and monitoring models that connect strategies to measures of performance that ensure successful reporting of revenue cycle accounts receivable * Work with IT, Financial Data Warehouse, and Managed Care to develop dashboards and metrics-tracking * Deliver timely, accurate, and effective analyses and reporting of financial metrics * Actively participate in the development of new model templates and forecasting tools * Experience with physician practice management, revenue cycle, payer contracting, managed-care models * Ability to work within multiple practice management systems and technology solutions CRITICAL SKILLS * Financial Reporting System Experience-People Soft, Essbase, GE Informatics, Preferred * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint) * Knowledge and skill in Tableau and Power BI, a plus * Multidimensional Billing systems technology platforms-Centricity experience strongly preferred * Strong understanding of revenue cycle operations * 3 plus years of work analysis experience supporting larger groups * Ability to review and manage project-based assignments * Solid analytical and organizational skills * Strong interpersonal relationship skills * Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment * Quantitative, with strong attention to detail and high degree of comfort with large data volumes * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Ability to quickly summarize data findings and effectively communicate and/or present results internally, externally, and to management * Goal oriented forward thinker * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Additional Knowledge & Skills

Work will involve in-person interaction with co-workers and management and/or clients. Work may require minimal travel by automobile to office sites. |
