Position Summary:

The Workday Analyst will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, and ongoing support of Time Tracking and Absence Management in Workday, and ADP as external Payroll. This role requires a deep understanding of Workday functionality and the ability to translate business requirements into effective system solutions.

How you will make an impact:

  • Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management modules.
  • Manage external payroll configuration and maintenance in Workday, including maintaining data and processes to support global ADP integrations.
  • Collaborate with People, Payroll, and IT teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
  • Act as single point of contact for Payroll team for Workday support.
  • Design and implement Workday enhancements and process improvements.
  • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Workday-related issues as it relates to Time Tracking, Absence, and Payroll.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with company and country policies and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform regular system audits and data validation.
  • Stay current with Workday updates and new features and assess their impact on existing processes.
  • Accountable for all functional deliverables including technical design specifications, diagrams, workflows, and documentation of all configuration changes.
  • Perform system maintenance, including assisting in the review, testing of Workday releases or patches.

We are looking for people with:

  • 3+ years of configuration experience in Workday Absence and Time Tracking
  • 3+ years of People Organization experience in a global setting
  • 5+ years of overall professional experience
  • Strong communications skills
