As a Data & Research Administrator at DN Tanks, you will act as a partner to the sales team through research, data validation, and organizing industry and competitive data to support business development efforts. This position is offered as a part-time position, working two days per week. Primary Responsibilities: Research and validate data from industry-wide tools that monitor construction activities within the market. Update and maintain the Client Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring information is organized, accurate, and accessible for future needs. Track and document competitive information, providing updates to internal stakeholders as necessary. Oversee data management processes to generate and maintain dashboard outputs. Qualifications: Associates Degree or 5+ years data management experience in a related industry Proficiency with MS Office and database management Experience with Microsoft Dynamics (ERP/CRM) is a plus Manage multiple priorities and work both independently and in a team environment Verbal and written communication skills Have the ability to work independently DN Tanks is An Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
