Arizona Facility Operations and Maintenance Specialist

As part of the Arizona Facility Operations, the Arizona Facility Operations and Maintenance Specialist will directly report to the Senior Director - Arizona Facility Operations and will be responsible for assisting with daily maintenance projects at the Spring Training Facility.

Core duties for this role include, but are not limited to:

Assist the Senior Director - Arizona Facility Operations on identifying facility operation needs, while assisting with projects associated with setting up the stadium Spring Training games.
• Assist with contracted outside services that provide on-going maintenance at American Family Fields of Phoenix. Including but not limited to the following:
  • Hydrotherapy Maintenance
  • Pest Control
  • Electrical Services
  • HVAC Maintenance and Service
• Assist the Senior Director - Arizona Facility Operations on cleaning projects throughout Spring Training, extended Spring Training, Arizona Complex League, or any other outside events at the Spring Training Facility.

The ideal candidate will have a one year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
