Job Description
Position Summary

The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for managing increasing sales volume, driving market penetration, and maximizing revenue opportunities. This role will proactively engage with prospects and customers, execute inbound and outbound sales efforts, and contribute to the overall success of the LoadPay segment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Revenue & Workload Management

  • Handle inbound and outbound sales efforts to ensure market penetration and revenue growth.

  • Manage increasing sales volumes with a focus on select carriers and, eventually, all carriers paid by TriumphPay.

Market Expansion & Client Acquisition

  • Drive customer acquisition and retention efforts to establish a strong presence in new markets.

  • Collaborate with the internal teams to execute strategies that maximize reach and engagement in the LoadPay segment.

Maximizing Revenue Per Opportunity

  • Focus on prospecting, qualifying, and closing deals to scale revenue efficiently.

  • Educate customers on best practices for utilizing services to enhance satisfaction and retention.

  • Position offerings effectively in a competitive market to capitalize on high-growth opportunities.

Experience & Education

The successful candidate will possess business operations experience and skills, telephone sales process expertise, analytical and critical thinking skills and attention to detail. Additionally, the ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business is preferred. High school diploma in combination with appropriate and relevant experience.

  • 1- 2 years of direct sales experience preferred; phone sales experience required.

Skills & Abilities Required
  • Formal sales training completion preferred.

  • Evidence of previous sales success and strong work ethic.

  • Possesses competence and understanding of financial products.
