Accounting Services Analyst

Kimball Midwest, a national distributor of maintenance, repair, and operation products, is searching for an Accounting Services Analyst for our Columbus, OH location.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for conducting monthly audits of all New Accounts, Cash posted, New Vendor set-ups, Expense Reports, and Accounts Payable
• Prepares and reviews customer questionnaires, customer ACH agreements and Customer Vendor packets
• Review and distributes Customer Contracts to internal departments
• Prepares and completes adjustments for the accounting department
• Performs various Accounting/general ledger duties
• Supports company growth through effective account management and communication skills
• Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 2+ years' experience in an Accounting Analyst role or similar field
• Advanced computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
• Understanding of internal controls, process flowcharting, and process improvements
• Working knowledge of bookkeeping principles
