*Description*
We're looking for an experienced Technical Customer Success Agent to join our team and help organizations successfully onboard, and train.. Ideal candidates will have experience in case management and training/onboarding clients into case management systems, along with helping clients troubleshoot technology issues. Top Skills Must Have: 1. Minimum of 1+ year of help desk experience with ZenDesk, Jira, ServiceNow, Etc. (3+ years of Help Desk is highly desired) 2. Experience with onboarding/training new clients with technology 3. Ability to break down complex workflows into easy-to-understand steps for multiple client journeys at once. Nice-to-Haves: 1. Experience utilizing Generative AI (ChatGPT/CoPilot) or Excel for creating tables and analyzing data Work Environment: This will be a HYBRID role.
