*Description*
Onsite Admin II - Intermediate level * Work onsite at customer property (not remotely unless told otherwise) - multiple nearby locations * Represent interests and be liaison with local customer management team o Attend account calls as directed and provide feedback on activities * Proactive monitoring of customer's printer fleet * Assist end user with device functionality * Perform initial trouble shooting * Coordinate with Support when service is required * Coordinate with with SW branded support * Ensure adequate consumables are available at customer sites * Assist with device(s) deployment/replacement as directed (must be able to lift up to 50 pounds) * Track usage/activities at customer sites to better understand their needs * Assist with the collection of usage pages per devices as needed * Miscellaneous duties as directed by CM and account team Contractor Needs to: * Provide Cell Phone for communication * Provide Vehicle for transportation to surrounding area facilities (Client to reimburse mileage $0.675/mi.) * Proper Dress Code: Khaki/Slacks/Collared Shirt/Comfortable Walking Shoes *Dress: Business Professional: Black slacks and blue collared shirt. *Cell phone reimbursement and laptop/tablet will be provided. *Skills* Deployment, Desktop, Migration, Support, Technical support, Windows 10, Install, Windows, Desktop troubleshooting, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Help desk support, Cable, Service, Cctv, Windows 7, Imaging, Installation, Rollout, printers, printer support, desktop hardware, pos system, Microsoft office, Pc support, ServiceNow, Win10, Document management, Remote support, Ticketing system, Helpdesk troubleshooting, Lexmark, Customer service, Help desk, A+, Microsoft, Printer repair, Service desk, Repair, Printer hardware, Phone support, Customer service oriented *Top Skills Details* Deployment, Desktop, Migration, Support, Technical support, Windows 10, Install, Windows, Desktop troubleshooting, Hardware, Troubleshooting, Help desk support, Cable, Service, Cctv, Windows 7,Imaging,Installation,Rollout,printers,printer support, desktop hardware, POS *Additional Skills & Qualifications* (Technical questions are also in Notes & Attachments) What types of printers have you supported? - Example A3, inkjet, laser jet etc.? Brands of printers? - HP, Canon, Xerox etc.? What type of printer support has he/she done? - fix jams, replace toner, replace cartridges, trouble shoot, actual repair etc.? Must be willing to be willing to travel Must have basic tech tools and have reliable transportation. A big plus would be someone who also has RPOS experience. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
