Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Release Test Lead to join our dynamic team. At Visa, we believe that diversity and inclusion are key to driving innovation and success. Our team is dedicated to excellence and is responsible for managing the global Visa Access platform, which provides clients with a comprehensive suite of content and services essential for conducting business with Visa. As a Release Test Lead, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our platform. You will lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and drive the successful release of high-quality software. This role requires a detail-oriented professional with strong leadership and communication skills, and a deep understanding of testing methodologies and best practices. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 124,600.00 to 180,650.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
