Location (Hybrid 3 days per week) : Hartford - CT

Responsibilities /Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience
• Proven Expertise in testing ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and Data Warehouse (DW) systems.
• Strong Data background with experience in working in Data Analytics projects and preparing sophisticated SQL queries.
• Experience in working On Prem to Cloud Data migration projects.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the team.
• Plan, build, and execute automated test cases for ETL and DW systems.
• Collaborate with development teams to understand business logic and data requirements.
• Lead the QA team in crafting test strategies, ensuring high-quality data and processes.
• Perform regression and integration testing on ETL workflows and data pipelines.
• Maintain and optimize automated test scripts.
• Strong knowledge of ETL tools and Data Warehouse architecture.
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for testing.
• Familiarity with data validation and data integrity testing in DW systems.
• Previous experience with cloud-based data warehouse systems (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Experience working with Agile methodologies.

The annual salary for this position is between $ 53,477 to 92,500 depending on the experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
