About the Practice The comprehensive breast office is a bustling and dedicated practice that includes a team of six skilled surgeons and seven advanced practice providers (APPs). Our team is committed to providing comprehensive care for patients diagnosed with breast conditions. Additionally, our team is committed to caring for transgender patients undergoing surgery for transition from female to male, providing specialized support and ensuring a compassionate and inclusive environment. Our support staff is composed of registered nurses (RNs), medical assistants/ambulatory clinical technicians (MA/ACTs), ambulatory clinical clerical technicians (ACCTs), and patient service representatives (PSRs). Each member of our team plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our practice and the delivery of high-quality care. About Outpatient Clinics Corewell Health operates over 300 outpatient clinics across Michigan, bringing a multitude of care options to the communities that we serve. There are over 40 different types of primary care and specialty practices, which allows those who work in these clinics the opportunity to learn and explore various interests or to specialize in one area. Scope of work This team member will serve in a clinical and clerical role. The team member delivers quality patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or Provider; they also provide clerical support in complex matters to assist in the delivery of value-driven health care services. They assist with patient care, including taking vital signs and preparing patients for examinations, while also managing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments and maintaining patient records. Candidates for this position should be adaptable, detail-oriented, and possess strong organizational and communication skills.
