Required Skills & Abilities: -One (1) year of restaurant serving and bartending experience required -Flexible availability to work mid or PM shifts, holidays and weekends -Current Alcohol Beverage Control certification -Current Food Handlers certification -Ability to communicate in English, both verbal and written -Ability to stand/walk on feet for at least eight (8) hours -Able to carry at least 10-15 pounds Job Description: -Welcome and engage with guests in the restaurant and bar, take food & beverage orders, replenish beverages, quality check food, and serve guests in a prompt, friendly manner. -Quality check food and ensure order meets guest's expectations. -Set up tables and perform opening duties. -Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, and spirits -Self bus tables, maintain cleanliness of restaurant area and perform required side work and closing duties. -Resolve concerns and complaints regarding food and beverage.
