The Department of Politics at the University of Virginia College and Graduate School of Arts & Sciences is seeking applications for the position of Department Manager. This position plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the department and contributing to a thriving academic and research environment. The Department Manager will oversee essential functions across the department, with primary responsibilities in administration, budget & finance, personnel, and academic & community engagement. Key relationships will include faculty, administrators, HR representatives and other departments in the College and Graduate School Arts & Sciences. Due to the nature of the role, this job is in the office five days a week. Supervision & Responsibilities Include:
