Job Summary The Emergency Management Business Continuity Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the resilience of our healthcare system by supporting the business continuity planning and disaster recovery efforts across our hospitals, clinics, and other system functions. This position involves working closely with various departments to identify risks, develop, and implement business continuity strategies, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations. Additional Requirements Required: Education - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Emergency Management, or a related field Certifications - Driver's License - State Preferred: Certifications - Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) or Associate Business Continuity Professional (ABCP) or Healthcare Business Continuity Management (HBCM); Certification in emergency management or healthcare emergency management. Completion of FEMA ICS courses 100, 200, 300, 400, 700 and 800.
