SUMMARY As a host/busser you will be responsible for greeting and seating all customers to maximize dining room space and wait staff effectiveness. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Greet Visitors in warm friendly manner Seat customers in an even rotation Maintain a cafe wait list Answer general information questions Answer Cafe phone and field calls to necessary personnel Assist in bussing duties Maintain cafe bathrooms Maintain clean work area and equipment Assist servers and/or front of the house lead when necessary Properly take customer to-go orders and enter into POS system KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Ability to work as a team Ability to multitask and stay calm under high pressure situations Ability to work at a fast pace Ability to continuously lift 25 lbs Must be able to work flexible schedule, including holidays, nights and weekends Good oral communication skills Work with integrity, enthusiasm and possess good work ethics Embrace the Duvel Moortgat values: Passion, Quality, Sustainability, & Integrity OTHER DUTIES Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
