This is a high-impact leadership role within our regional management team, overseeing a team of six Account Managers and Customer Service professionals. You'll collaborate closely with our Head of Marketing to strengthen existing partnerships, capture new business, and implement strategic sales initiatives that drive profitability. - Drive Sales Growth: Lead the region's profitability and volume expansion in line with our business strategy.
- Lead & Develop Your Team: Mentor Account Managers to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing accounts, ensuring a robust sales pipeline and strategic execution.
- Customer & Market Strategy: Work with your team to develop and implement customer account plans and distribution strategies, ensuring long-term success.
- Optimize Business Operations: Oversee the entire order-to-cash cycle, including order management, pricing, demand planning, credit and collections, and contract negotiations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Marketing, Supply Chain, Technical, and Manufacturing teams to ensure seamless business execution.
- Recruit & Develop Talent: Build a strong, growth-driven team by hiring, training, and developing top talent while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Business Administration.
- Experience: At least 10+ years of proven sales leadership experience, preferably in the Urethanes market.
- Strategic Mindset: Strong analytical and financial acumen, with the ability to drive profit and loss growth.
- Leadership & Influence: Ability to communicate effectively across teams, lead a diverse sales force, and collaborate on interdisciplinary projects.
- Entrepreneurial Spirit: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for developing new business.
