SUMMARY: The Treasury Solutions Implementation Coordinator provides strategic support to the Treasury Solutions Sales and Implementation teams. This position will facilitate all aspects of complex multi-product on-boarding for clients and detailed maintenance requests. The Implementation Coordinator will be responsible for collecting and completing required documents and forms, scheduling and conducting regular status calls, coordination of testing, coordination of training, client follow-up and other tasks related to implementations. This is a hands-on role which requires in-depth knowledge of the financial services sector, the treasury management industry, Salesforce and experience collaborating with agile teams.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties and special projects may be assigned.



  • Responsible for collaborating with internal and external business partners to provide input on clean coordination of client onboarding.
  • Partner with TS Consulting team throughout the sales cycle to manage pipeline and ensure services and pricing are set up timely and accurately. Confirms post implementation all is set up accurately.
  • Works directly with the clients throughout the entire process from the moment a client agrees to move their business, throughout the documentation and implementation phase ensuring quality delivery in accordance with client service levels.
  • Subject matter expert for requirements to board all treasury products.
  • Liaison and point person for support communications and status reporting of ongoing client implementations and maintenance requests, facilitating prompt decisions, when needed.
  • Solution oriented individual who can independently resolve complex, multi-faceted challenges, which are often unstructured and without precedent to meet the client's needs.
  • Continually acquire and enhance knowledge of both the Bank's and the division's business strategies and policies, risk management practices and methodologies, product offerings, back-office processes, and rapidly changing technology to be able to provide effective business solutions, services and support to the Sales team.
  • Coordinates training and any necessary subsequent trainings needed to ensure new client is comfortable with their treasury set up.
  • Adheres to and complies with applicable, federal and state laws, regulations and guidance, including those related to anti-money laundering (i.e. Bank Secrecy Act, US PATRIOT Act, etc.).
  • Adheres to Bank policies and procedures and completes required training.
  • Identifies and reports suspicious activity.


EDUCATION

Bachelor's Degree in business, finance or computer related major required.

EXPERIENCE



  • 4+ years direct relevant working experience in the financial sector required, focused directly on treasury management preferred.
  • 4+ years direct experience in delivery of complex, multidisciplinary projects required.
  • 1 - 3 years in depth knowledge of Salesforce and nCino platforms with demonstrated strength delivering effective solutions from concept to execution at scale in a cross line of business or enterprise environment required.
  • 1 - 3 years Tableau development experience a plus preferred.


KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES



  • Strong time management/project management, organizational & planning skills with proven ability to multi-task & meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient understanding of the end-to-end process for all Treasury product implementations.
